You don’t have to be a regular member here at F45, you can attend a session by picking up a “drop in” or buying a “class pack”.

*Our Mum and Baby Class is designed for women who are 6+ weeks postpartum.
Newborns and crawlers welcome but to maintain the highest level of safety for you and baby, we unfortunately do not allow babies who are walking / toddlers.
My postnatal assessment and PT session was everything I had hoped for; Gemma made me feel safe yet empowered to get back into exercising following the arrival of my second baby.
Gemma was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look out for postnatally - she ensured we focused on building strength steadily for long term success but pushed me to ensure the workout was worthwhile (time is precious as a new mum!). I have the confidence to get back into regular exercise at f45 and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it.
Gemma gave me invaluable support and advice during my pregnancy and that has only continued postpartum. An assessment and PT session with Gemma, who I trust implicitly, was the perfect way to kick start my gradual return to training.
It was super helpful to understand how my body has been affected by pregnancy and birth and learn the safest, most effective way to start my rehab. Gemma has amazing knowledge, energy and compassion and I couldn’t recommend training with her enough.
I came to see Gemma almost two years after the birth of my second baby. I was feeling apprehensive about returning to exercise after so long, but Gemma put me at ease straight away with her lovely manner. Gemma was empathetic and understanding when we discussed my birth history and any concerns I had and was clearly very knowledgable about post-natal bodies. After carrying out assessments, Gemma designed an appropriate protocol specifically for me, and advised me on exercises to avoid initially, while I worked on my core strength. I would 100% recommend Gemma to any women looking to get back into exercise after having a baby.
